Talk to Your Doc
Knowing your numbers and receiving age-appropriate preventive care are key components of staying healthy. In 2024 Schurz Communications will continue to offer Talk To Your Doc. Visit your doctor to complete your annual visit with biometric screening and submit the form to NFP by September 15, 2024. Physician visits that have occurred since September 15, 2023 will count towards this program.
New Hires: If your hire date falls between July 15, 2023 and July 15, 2024, you will automatically qualify for the 2023 (if applicable) and 2024 Wellness Credit. If your hire date falls after July 15, 2024, you will automatically qualify for the 2024and 2025 Wellness Credit.

Click "Get Started" and follow the instructions to make your elections.
How do I make changes?
Open Enrollment is the one time each year that employees can make changes to their benefit elections without a Qualifying Life Event.
- Qualified changes in status include: marriage, divorce, legal separation, spouses change of employment status, birth or adoption of a child
- You will need to notify Human Resources right away if you have a qualifying life event and need to make a change to your benefit elections (you only have 30 days from the day of a qualifying event to make any changes)
